THE'recorder de temperature to stainless steel probe HOBO U12 is ideal to monitor the internal temperature food or any application where a rapid response is essential.
It works in different environments operating conditions: air, water, steam from 0 to 100% relative humidity.
This is it data recorder is compatible with the software HOBOware and one uSB interface direct.
