Temperature, soil humidity and conductivity sensor for HOBOnet network RXW-T11-868

Wireless sensor HOBOnet RXW-T12-868 is designed to measure the'humidity, the temperature and electrical conductivity of the ground with one high precision and sustainability, operating with the system HOBOnet for one monitoring in real time conditions on the ground.

It uses the technology of 70 MHz frequency capacity to minimize the effects of salinity and texture and can be easily integrated into a sensor network wireless may cover a range of 450 to 600 metres.
Important: 
A complete system requires remote monitoring station HOBO RX3000, a wireless manager HOBOnet and one wireless sensor HOBOnet or a station MicroRX HOBO and a wireless HOBOnet sensor, with the possibility of adding wireless repeaters HOBOnet to extend the range.

One wireless sensor that works with the system HOBOnet to not only provide advanced measures of'soil moisture (volumetric water content) with better accuracy, but also measure the soil temperature and electrical conductivity.
Designed to withstand difficult environmental conditions, this sensor sustainable lasts up to 10 years, so you can leave them on the ground for long periods. The stainless steel probe tips sharpened facilitate installation, even in hard soils, and an increased volume of influence provides more accurate results.
The HOBOnet T12 is based on over 20 years of soil moisture research and has70 MHz frequency capacity echnology, minimizing salinity and texture effects.
The HOBOnet system is a wireless sensor network economic and social online monitoring field conditions for applications such as crop management, research and greenhouse. And because he is wireless, you can deploy a network of sensors to easily monitor multiple points with a single system, while avoiding the risk of long cables that can interfere with field operations and are potentially vulnerable to lightning strikes nearby.

The verification clip provides a convenient way to confirm the operation and accuracy of soil moisture in HOBOnet T11 and T12 sensors. The attachment of this clamp to a sensor provides a level of soil moisture known to verify the accuracy of the measurement, without having to test the sensor in real soils, which normally requires weighing soil samples and drying them in an oven.

* Sensor data may be recalibrated if necessary (e.g. the sensor is used in non-mineral soil types or higher accuracy than standard is required). Users can apply a calibration equation to data exported from HOBOlink. The VWC range will depend on the calibration equation.

** The temperature measurement for applicable sensors may not be accurate if the sensor is not fully immersed in the environment of interest due to longer balancing time.
