Engine on/off recorder UX90-004

THE'data recorder on/off engine UX90-004 is a device designed to monitor and record operating conditions and stoppage of an engine, whether using its internal sensor in one magnetic field CA or by capturing mechanical dry contact closures from external detection devices.
THE'recorder is able to detect status changes an engine, i.e. when it is turned on (on) or off (off).
It can do so in two ways: by using its own internal sensor in a magnetic field CA or by connecting to external detection devices that provide dry contact signals when the engine starts or stops.
THE'UX90-004 is particularly suitable for monitoring use and duration of operations of the engines, pumps, compressors and others industrial equipment operating in cycles of on/off.
It is equipped with two internal sensors specially designed for a better sensitivity the detection of well protected engines, thus ensuring the collection of precise data.
The recorder also has a external input which can be used to measure mechanical contact closures, which is useful when the signal strength is low, ensuring accurate capture of on/off events.
The device has a automatic calibration function which automatically determines the detection thresholds ON and OFF, thus ensuring reliability of readings.
UX90-004 can be configured and data can be analyzed using software HOBOware Pro and HOBOware Pro on USB Drive, which offer features for configuration of the recorder, as well as tools to create graphics and carry out analyses data collected.
